Camden Carers Support Group

Narellan Library; Elyard St
NSW 2570

Camden Carers Support Group provides an opportunity for carers supporting someone with a mental health disorder or autism to connect with other carers in their local area. The group focuses on carer wellbeing and provides time for members to enjoy a hot cuppa and take some time to reflect, relax and catch up with friends. Each month, we share information about upcoming events and activities that other group members may be interested in and help carers connect with services to meet their needs. We also arrange for guest speakers to address specific issues, as requested by group members. We aim to finish each session with a mindfulness activity that encourages carers to practice being in the present moment
